Following concerns raised by the Southfields Grid Residents’ Association (SGRA) and a parking petition and individual correspondence submitted by local residents in top end of Heythorp and Elsenham Streets, Wandsworth Borough Council’s Parking Policy Team have agreed to conduct a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) Review of the Southfields S2 sub-zone (see map).
Part of the CPZ review will include a consultation with residents in S2 sub-zone hopefully in November/ December 2025.
We hope to have an update to read out at the SGRA Public Meeting on 25 November.
For residents in CPZ S3, at the SGRA Public Meeting on 30 September, Steve Lane, Senior Parking Policy Officer (Wandsworth borough Council) said that before any changes suggested for Zone S2 were implemented, residents in Zone 3 would be consulted.
