SGRA 50th Anniversary – call for stories
The Southfields Grid Residents Association is celebrating its 50th birthday in 2025, half a century of work aiming to make the Grid a nicer place for residents and businesses alike. As part of this we plan to bring out a special commemorative issue of ‘Grid News’, with articles, pictures and we hope some happy memories of the Grid down the years.
We’re keen to hear from residents, above all. If you’ve lived on the Grid for all 50 years, or are recent, perhaps you have a special memory of something that happened to you, or remember a special person, shop or event. If you’d like to share your story with others, please email it to us at by Wednesday 30th April. If you’ve a picture you would be happy to see in print, do send us a copy.
