INTRODUCTION

The SGRA are publishing a number of responses to the AELTC’s proposals.  This was agreed at our AGM, and are designed to aid understanding and provide information on the issues raised by these proposals.  They do not reflect our views at the SGRA about the plans, which we are currently formulating.  All these responses refer to the AELTC proposals up to 16th June, when the AELTC are due to publish their final consultation document for feedback.  Indications are that a formal application will go before the planning committees of both Merton and Wandsworth Councils.
